Caravan
Fleeing unlivable violence and poverty in their home countries, migrants from Central America find themselves stuck at the US-Mexico border, blocked by walls, guards, and a maze of legal red tape hastily ordered by the xenophobic Trump administration.
After many weeks living in limbo in makeshift camps at the border, the migrants cannot afford to wait any longer for their turn at the asylum process. The money these breadwinners left with their families months ago, when they began their long and perilous journey northward, has run out.
They must find work, and quickly. Desperation is growing, and people who may not have normally attempted to enter the US illegally are facing hard decisions.
